Spanish and Multicultural Club
The Salam Academy Spanish and Multicultural Club has been approved by the School Board and will start Thursday, October 13, Inshallah.
AGE LIMIT: 3rd grade and up
WHEN: Every Thursday during school days (4-5 pm):
Fall: October 13 through December 8 (for 8 lessons total - Thanks Giving Day will be off)
Spring: January 12 through May 11 (17 lessons total - spring Break will be off).
Students will receive instruction in the Spanish Language every Thursday and once per month/month and half they will be introduced to other cultures through our 'Traveling Around the World' workshops.
Our goal is for the students to learn the basics of the Spanish language as well as a few facts about other cultures from around the world.

REGISTRATION FEE: $20 payable upon registration and $30 at the beginning of the spring semester to support costs of class supplies and facility/equipment use. Payment/check can be made payable to 'Salam Academy'. Direct credit card charge may be possible if it is the preferred option for parents.
Initial registration will take place Monday Oct 10 (3:45 to 5) and Wednesday Oct 11 (3:45 to 5 pm).
NOTE: Space is limited to 12 students. We could go beyond 12 if help becomes available.
