Primary Objectives of the Educational Leadership:
- Strategize, plan, gain approval, monitor &
revise (as necessary) the Vision and Mission.
- Achieve project and performance goals/objectives
as directed by the Board.
- Provide administrative leadership to the school
staff and the student body.
- Devise and implement a classical school curriculum
including, computer education, physical education, and Quran & Islamic
Studies.
- Ensure fiscal responsibility in the operation of
the school.
- Market the school to the parents and the community
by effective communication.
- Inherent in the position are the responsibilities
for scheduling, curriculum development, extracurricular activities, personnel management, emergency procedures, and facility
operations.
- Fund
raising.

S.A faculty and staff are evaluated twice a year (Nov & April) by the S.A.
Board, colleagues, PTO, Students and the
Community.
