School Principal & Staff:

Primary Objectives of the Educational Leadership:

• Strategize, plan, gain approval, monitor & revise (as necessary) the Vision and Mission.
• Achieve project and performance goals/objectives as directed by the Board.
• Provide administrative leadership to the school staff and the student body.
• Devise and implement a classical school curriculum including, computer education, physical education, and Quran & Islamic Studies.
• Ensure fiscal responsibility in the operation of the school.
• Market the school to the parents and the community by effective communication.
• Inherent in the position are the responsibilities for scheduling, curriculum development, extracurricular activities, personnel management, emergency procedures, and facility operations.
• Fund raising.

S.A faculty and staff are evaluated twice a year (Nov & April) by the S.A. Board, colleagues, PTO, Students and the Community.
